Gray BX25 grille guard (am I the only one that thinks it is ugly?)

I think the gray grille guard on the BX25 sticks out like a sore thumb.

I much prefer the Kubota orange guard pictured below.

Eh. It's a tractor. Get a few scratches on it and you'll forget all about it.

Besides, mine is half covered with black soot from the exhaust. So it now matches the FEL...which is half covered with black soot from the exhaust. So mine is (was) gray, yet doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. Anymore.

If it bothers you THAT much, I'd probably paint it dark grey like the frame instead of blaze orange like the rest of the tractor.

I actually like the grey better than the orange..Guess i'm in the minority on that one.

I don't much like the look of either of them personally. I think the BX looks better without any guard, but I have the orange one on mine for what protection it adds, which is debatably little. I wast contemplating painting it the same color as the frame/roll bar, but in reality, I have too many other jobs to get done first, so it'll likely stay orange.

I like the orange one, which is what I have. I'd take either one though, and feel that they do indeed earn their keep - I use mine as a push bar sometimes.

That light gray does stick out. You could pick up rattle can of Kubota orange and paint it.

I like the Orange one better as well. I ordered it without knowing there were two different styles and was thankful when I saw orange in the box. The sticker on it has this:
"Model BX2334
S/N A2600
7J612-99501"

Hopefully that helps other people looking for the orange one.

I like the gray better too. At first glance, no, but it looks OK except it doesn't have the weight bracket on it. The gray also seems to offer a bit more protection. My JD790 has a gray Kioti guard on the front because it was available to me. Actually, I don't like the tractor! Not because of the color, I don't like ANY of the newer styles. They don't look like a tractor should look.

I like the way the orange looks, but you're right, the silver offers a bit more protection. Also, I think there might be an additional bolt on front bracket available for weights.
