hello and thanks for taking the time to look. I need to transport my Kubota 1750 tractor with the front end loader to another site and don't have a trailer to move it. A friend of mine has offered his landscape trailer which is about 12 ft long and with which, he has transported a few ATV's at the same time. He thinks that his trailer will be big enough for my tractor but asked me how much it weighed. I checked the Kubota website but they don't list the specs for a unit that old. Does anyone have an idea of the weight of one of these tractors?

On a related note, if I were to purchase a trailer for this purpose, does anyone have any suggestions as the best place to look and and other things to consider? Budget is a concern and i don't expect to be moving this very often but anytime I want to bring it in for service it costs me about $100 each way and I think I might be better off buying a trailer... any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Geoff

Kubota B1750 Specs and Information

Add 400 pounds for the loader/ You'll be at 1900 pounds.

The Kubota operator's manual shows 1,422 lbs. maximum for a 4wd with ROPS and turf tires. The loader is about 400 lbs.and if you have a mid mount mower deck, they weigh anywhere from 327 lbs. for a 54" and 371 lbs. for the 60". The whole rig should measure out at about 12 ft. in lenght, a pretty good load for a 12 ft. trailer. I haul my B1750 on a 16 ft. tandem axle trailer with plenty of room to get the weight distribution right.
