You absolutely made the right decision. the grand L series are outstanding tractors--the dual speed HST has changed my life... and that cab looks like the cat's pajamas. when I'm out in my (non-cab) I'll be wishing I had heat, radio, wipers, etc...

The first thing I do when I get into one of our cab tractors that either one of my sons has operated is to turn the radio off or risk being blown out the back glass.:laughing:

I don't listen to any radios, but had them put in for my "kids" 42 and 32.

Surprisingly my 3 year old grandson doesn't like to listen to the radio, he just looks around and enjoys the view while asking a never ending stream of questions.

Finally after a few months things worked out for me and I was able to get the tractor ive always wanted. Ive been JD for awhile now but have alway loved the look of the Kubota tractors and having a dealer with in 10mins from my house made it even easier to move into a Kubota from my JD.
Ive only had a few hours with it but let me tell ya the cab is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!:thumbsup:

I was in the same position as you only a week ago. I also went from a JD open station to a cabed Kubota. The cab is a wonderful thing! :thumbsup:

Just curious if you did any titfortat comparisons between your new tractor and the 3520 (or similar) John Deeres. Curious if there were features you liked better about either tractor. The 3X20 series Deeres are very nice also.

I did price one but it was about a good 3-4k more than the Kubota and that was without some of the goodies I got with my Kubota, but in comparison the Kubota has a wider wheel base and is a heavier tractor plus the loader on the Kubota is a stronger loader.

MAIN REASON...... The dealer I bought my JD from gave me a price on a 352o and then asked how much I paid for my JD 2520 so I told him and he says..... AND I QUOTE " Man I should have given you a better deal than that"......
That right there did it for me, so I told him that he had just lost a customer and helped me make up my mind on going to Kubota!
So after that I never even considered looking futher into the JD's.

Nice tractor...I wished that my M59 would have had an available cab....but until then I settle for having air conditioning in winter and heating in summer.
