Does your throwout bearing have a zerk fitting so you can grease it? Many of the smaller tractors don't but for those that do, usually one stroke every 10 to 20 hours. Your owners manual would be the correct source for information.

Yes, I keep it greased. This started after I got it back from having the FEL installed. Could the extra load on getting the tractor to move cause a clutch problem to arise?
I been searching "clutch squealing" on TBN and some of the results sound like it may be a precusor to the clutch going out.....
I called the dealer the other day and he said it was likly rust from the changing weather and not being used much. I've put a couple of hours on it since getting it back and it still does it. Seems to get a little worse the longer I use it.
I was going to say the hydraulic pump or possibly a change in pitch from your water pump power steering belts. Doubtful if those would make much difference pushing the clutch pedal though..Adding on the new stuff may have stressed any loose bolts where the tractor is bolted together. Go along and tighten anything and everything you can get at.
I sent the below email to the dealer to have documentation in case of a warrantly issue.
"Good Morning,
I talked to you on Wednesday 03/16/11 about a squealing sound upon releasing (engagement of) the clutch with the tractor in gear since receiving the tractor back from having the FEL and rear remotes installed. I ran the tractor for about 2 hours yesterday moving some gravel. When first starting the tractor in the morning it will only intermittently squeal and the squealing seems to get progressively worse the longer I run it and I would think if it was rust it would get better as the rust is worn away not worse.
My concern is that this may indicate the beginning of a clutch issue that may have come to light with the extra load that the tractor is moving with the weight of the FEL. With only 56 hours on the tractor I don’t feel like the clutch would be worn so if there is a problem it must have been initial.
I wanted to send an email in case there is a problem with the clutch we will have documentation of it for warranty purposes.
I’ve also attached a picture of the clutch through the inspection port.
The dealer spoke with the Mahindra rep and is going to come out and look at a few things. He said if it's the throwout bearing causing it then it should be covered.
This was posted in another forum that someone else asked about clarifying the issue:

Reason I ask is because the throw out bearing should only be spinning when the pedal is pressed. With the clutch pedal all the way out, the throwout bearing shouldnt be spinning. "
"scsims
It is squealing upon engagment. When letting out on the clutch and when the gears begin to move the tractor is when the squeal is heard."
Do you all think that changing from the original 80W API GL-4 oil to Traveler Premium UTF could cause the squealing?
I'm just trying to think of things that happened around when I started hearing the noise.
I may be out of line here, but if I had a tractor with 56 hrs on it that still made the squealling noise after doing what you have done I would do more than write an e-mail. I would be jumping up and down and letting them know it was unacceptable. In the showroom if necessary.
