Made one with two push buttons and some 1x1 sq. tubing and plastic end caps. Used a split collar for attachment. Stick welded with 1/6" rod.

What type of switch does it need to be ?
There are a couple of Automotive type switches that attached to the stick shift to actuate the brake lock but I think they are momentary type.
There has to a basic switch out there to do the job for far less than $200.
