Why can't you convert a bushhog into a pull behind. With some fancy wheel attachment gizmo

We went from a 3PH Woods 121 to a pull type DS1261 and even though it is heavier, it is more stable on slopes going up/down as well as across side slopes. Unlike foreman Etexas, ours hooks to the draw bar rather than 3PH; never used a semi-mount, so I don't know anything about them.
Sure you can, just need,cutting torch,welder,hyd.cylinder,and a few pieces of pipe and brace material and have at it....Will need to find longer pto shaft...View attachment 240484 here is a pics of mine for you
Why not just put guage wheels on the front and leave the toplink disconnected.
No need for an expensive longer PTO shaft
Your saying set it up like a finish mower,basically...
