You could take a die grinder and rework the areas that the pawls contact if you didn't want to spend the $$$$$ E57134 Clutch ADD 163.81 Used hay cutters are a very tricky investment at best.

I think I will try the die grinder first and see if that squares it up.

Used hay cutters are a very tricky investment at best.

That's an under statement, working on the disc part right now, drained the oil in the cutter bar and it was milky white (I suspect water got into it) plus looks like they were welding parts of the discs (possibly to fix holes) but covered the part that the socket goes into to put the knives on so I couldn't check for torque, might try and grind away some of the welding to see if I can open it back up.
