Brand new Jinma won't start - please help!

Hi

I have just received my new Jinma 244E.
As i turn the key to "H" the relay makes a "click" sound - and when i turn it to Start/On it makes another "click" sound..
Anyway i doesn't start.
Does any of you know what could be wrong, or what i should check/do to make it run? This is my first tractor, so I'm just a noobie

Check the ground cable on the battery to make sure it is making good contact with the frame - you may need to remove it and clean down through the paint to bare metal and then coat with dome dielectric grease and reattach the cable. Also make sure the battery is fully charged and putting out 12.6 volts or more.

What Ron said and also check the Starter Terminals for corrosion & excess paint on them. & next is to check that the starter sol is getting full voltage. If you are getting those the started should kick in and crank over. If there is a loud Click on the starter, the sol is kicking the starter motor but the starter is not turning then you need to check the Sol Contacts. They are pretty easy to look at just be sure to have the Neg or Pos cables disconnected so nothing gets shorted out.

Do you have the clutch down? Look down and make sure the clutch switch is being depressed, it's easily visible at the bottom of the linkage, under the pedal.
