Costco shelter has been working for me, strong winds shake it around, but it has stayed put. The biggest worry is the snow build up. It needs to have the snow removed before it gets too heavy. I had one collapse with 12" of wet snow. If it is around where you live, easy enough to remove the snow when needed (I just bump the underside with broom, snow slides off). If it is remote and the snow builds up, it could be a problem.

Here is another option I just stumbled across from my new Farmtek catalog. The fabric has a 15 year warranty and I believe is thicker than most of the garage in a box items I have seen. But it does not have end enclosures. They do have a host of other buildings also.

Anchor it as well as you can... it isn't fun when they blow over.

That is a 20X30X14. After that little disaster, I anchored it with 14 duckbills.

This is the reason I put a floor in the one for my Heep and then anchored the shelter to the floor.
(2x8's on top of 4x4'swith 1/2" gap between the boards. It is now heavy enough that it aint going anywhere.
