I never found a weld on slip hook, so I welded on a standard slip hook after cutting the clevis part off.

My local farm store carries all kinds of weld-on and chain replacement hooks. Try Orscheln's if you have one closeby.

I kind of like the idea of a slip hook, what size you fellas recommend? Also, do they make 'em for weld on?
