my 3320 had a click clunk noise underneath at only 46 hours. It turned out to be after a lot of checking other things that the frt axle pivot pin thrust bolt on the frt side of axle was very loose, I adjusted that and problem was gone. However you might want to check the splined couplers that join the front driveshaft with the frt differential and also at the trans and frt shaft. There have been a few people that found the roll pin missing from the splined coupler and then the coupler slid back and forth on shaft and wore the splines off and would give them noise underneath and eventually inoperative 4wd. It is definitely worth checking out
I have a similar noise in a 3320 John Deere also, Little over 2000 hours on it.
The front Coupler appears to slide back and forth approximately 1 inch
I see the roll pin which I assume is broken off inside, Not sure where to proceed, shall I try to drive that roll pan and or possibly drill it out or maybe try a very very very small easy out? I am hoping the splines are not too damaged. Thanks for any suggestions have a great day
