-1F, clear, mid-20's today, 6"-10" snow beginning tonight.

Roof clearing day after day can't be a fun job but it sounds like it pays well enough.

10 degrees and bracing for another "here it comes" cold front. Will be installing a infrared heater Thursday afternoon so it will at least be set for above 35. Have a great day all!

Good morning, 12F this morning heading to 16F. Another busy day at work.

got down to 36 in my unheated garage, just put a heater on, might bump it up a degree. No place else to keep my powerwasher and from experience, they do not like freezing weather. Funny, the UTV and golf cart sit inside, the vehicles outside. More clearing out of one side before I can fit the car in there.
Three electric heaters on, my bill is going to be a doozy.

8 going to 30 with another inch of snow.

Had a nice snowshoe hike yesterday for about a mile back of the house to a big pond. Not too many tracks, but did trail some turkey tracks for a ways and saw fox, deer, squirrel, etc.

Didn't get a chance to plow my driveway because my neighbor had it done before I got out there...he has a big Case with cab and about a 7 or 8 ft blade. Nice neighbor since all I have is an open cab and FEL.

Hair cut this morning and a trip to the gym, so will get to test the roads. Must have seen the plow go by 6 or 8 times yesterday.

Need hot coffee this morning. 42° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 82° with clear skies all day. Taking wife to a doctor appointment today. Out of town friends came in to visit for a week. Should occupy some of my patio time.

I'm encouraged to see highs in the 20's mostly in the 10 day forecast. It's pretty sad when that looks good. Quite the cold spell we've had.

A small flock of cedar waxwings showed up yesterday. They aren't interested in the oil seed in the feeder. This morning they were picking at some frozen apples still hanging in a tree. Not sure what's up with those apples, it's a cluster of about 20 and they've hung on through all kinds of wind and snow. It's a volunteer tree from seed, so no particular variety.
