I have worked my BX hard for about 275 hrs mainly FEL and also back blade and BH work. But so far but have yet to do anything with the PTO. Wondering what your favorite rear PTO implement is and why?

I've had tractors for over 25 years and never used the pto's.

My L3240 has 706 hours, and I have only used the pto for a couple hours mowing.

Hay baler, hay rake, post hole digger, post driver, hammer mill (feed grinder), wood chipper, sickle bar mower, bush hog, seeder, electrical generator, water pump, corn picker, hydraulic pump for wood splitter also for fel, manure spreader ---- I am sure I am forgetting something. Sometimes the mid pto and rear pto both working simultaneously, sickle mower and hay conditioner.

Now only use bush hog and post hole digger.

When we have a 2 foot snowfall the snowblower is by far my favorite 3 pto attachment. The tiller comes in second.

Post hole digger is in my vision... but can't see buying vs. renting if I could find one for rent.

I've got a slasher (bush hog) that I've only had occasion to use a couple of times when I moved in... it now sits at the back of the shed; probably for when I'll help a neighbour out.

The most use for my rear (and only) PTO is my tiller for various jobs around the property. Especially for destroying bloody rabbit warrens!

Oh, yeah, and I've got a hopper type seed/fertiliser spreader that I'm 'going' to use eventually for paddock improvement.

Most of the hours on my tractor were pulling a 6' RFM. The snowblower is the most fun, even though it isn't a necessity in our area. Got by just fine with a rear blade / FEL for many years. I have a leaf blower cobbled together from the fan from an old air handler that brings a smile to my face.
