Guess what this attachment is? No hints, and no prizes either, other than you can be the BMOB, if you have the first correct guess. That's big man on the board in case you didn't know. I kinda doubt it's a dynamometer. It seems like with any sizable tractor and the cart is going to be flipping round and round. Edit after a Google search such a thing exists and is a likely candidate. Based on more Google work a 100 hp tractor at a 540 rpm PTO will make 970 ft pounds of toque. I'd guess it's really a lot higher for a brief period.
