What percent of average everyday citizens are dishonest with LEOs?

When you consider that LEO's only interact with a very small percentage of the public & most of them are honest in their dealings, I would say only a small fraction of a percent.

No I cannot with confirmation. Since as mentioned earlier, we are all humans, is it unrealistic to think there aren't some crooked LEOs?

I wonder,,,,, organizing professions in some sort of "honesty" order,,,,, what profession is the most honest???? What profession is the most dishonest????? What profession are you and where are you in this graph????

I'm more than respectful to any LEO I come across no matter what the situation.

Sworn law enforcement officers are civilians. They do not report to the Commander in Chief. They are not subject to the UCMJ. They are part of and subject to, the civil authority, not the military.

The increasing militarization of our civilian law enforcement agencies is a serious threat to liberty, and this misuse of the term, "civilian" as if police officers are somehow not civilians is a very dangerous error.

I think we discussed this situation in the first 30-ish posts of this thread. The LEO could care less where you are off to. Not interested in the answer. Interested in the tone and mannerism of the answer.

Perfect example was Sigarm's video he posted. The LEO didn't care what the driver's answer was to his questions. He cared about the mannerism. Perfect example of an LEO analyzing the person he was dealing with and that person's intent.

The cop stops me for, in his judgement, running red lite. I went through yellow , in my expert opinion. Anyway, he asked where I'm going. I was going about

20 miles. LEO asked , "Can you drive all that way and not run any lights?" "SURE" I said, thinking nothing about it. LEO responds, "go on your way and

watch those lights." No ticket no warning. Was late on Friday nite. Maybe he was fishing?

I am currently retired and am much higher up on the graph then I was when I was working.
When working, I traveled & interacted with(worked with, along side of) LEO's in over 40 states over the last 35+ years.
