I did some digging later this afternoon and then brought it near the area we'll be using it. 101_1713.JPG101_1715.JPG101_1719.JPG101_1721.JPG101_1724.JPG101_1726.JPG

As a keep Vermont beautiful type project I cut the brush and weed whacked along an old stone wall out on the main road at our intersection. I hauled the brush to the burn pile on the flat bed version of my dump trailer. It was the first decent day for working we have had in weeks. It has been very humid.

Xfaxman, from that first picture with all bales in a line, I thought at first you'd made a huge bale spike and were going to move all 6 at once.

I was looking forward to seeing the counterweight

 That would be amazing!

It might be able to lift two at once, actually it it will do two, one on the front and one on the rear. But I didn't even think of that yesterday, could have saved some travel time.

Finished up another section of trail through the woods. The stumps were removed with my MF 1529 and a Woodland Mills stump grinder. The brush hog sure likes going over those trails once the stumps are gone.

I mowed several yards Friday. I nearly got stuck once. IMG_4541.JPGIMG_4547.JPG

That got me wondering how much the bales weighed, so I used the crane scale and shop crane to find out:

Could the toolcat handle 2 side by side?
