Going to attempt to build a 3 point draw bar stablizer from the far out side holes in the draw bar up to the center hook.
Will be able to add a couple trailer balls and just back under the coupler.
Based on the thread title - I think he's looking to drop the drawbar into a Quick Hitch (QH) so both of those would have to be modified slightly to use the Top Link Hook on the QH but both of them are pretty cool ideas and could be adapted fairly easily.
I'm also going to be the first "Safety Sally" and put a general reminder for whomever may come along - Remember that the 3pt has no downward force so if the load on your trailer gets heavier behind the axle(s) then the tongue will lift and take the 3pt right along with it.
If you're looking to pull loaded trailers with a 3pt drawbar, you need something from the draw bar to the top link receiver on the tractor to keep the 3pt from raising.
Also - the OP stated he was intending to use a ball hitch so locking the drawbar from rotating is good (actually pretty much required), however if someone were planning to use this with a drop pin / agricultural type hitch, locking the drawbar is BAD. The drop pin style does not have the range of movement a ball hitch does and the rotating of the drawbar allows for the up/down articulation of the connection over uneven terrain.
You guys probably know this already, I just wanted to add it for the benefit of others who come along and might not.
