Was a couple hours away and thought I would pay a visit.

Was hoping to see a few models parked in the lot and maybe get to try them out.

They had a beautiful new facility with a full show room.

The receptionist said she would get someone but no one came.

They had a hall with dozens of offices all in a line.

Spent 10 minutes inside and left feeling I wasted my time.

Did you contact Power Trac in advance to determine if your arrival time meshed with Power Trac's prior commitments for the day?

Ten or fifteen minutes does not seem like an unreasonable wait for a drop-in visitor in rural Tazewell, Virginia.

I have been down a few times and their service was great. Ten minutes is not very long. I would not be so quick to snub a business for waiting ten minutes.

Sorry you didn't get to talk to anyone. We have to remember, it's a factory and all of the people are involved in production. So it might take a bit to get someone to help you in person.

From everything I've heard from others, and from speaking to them over the phone several times over the past 20 years, they are very nice folks. If you call ahead, they'll set up a tour, test drives, implements to test, recommend a place to eat and a place to stay, etc...

If you search TBN, you'll find threads that explain that PowerTracs are better than any CUT ever made

Been down there at least half a dozen times all but once they knew I was coming. The one time I just dropped in to pick up a mini hoe, they dug one up but it took a while since they did not know I was coming and did not know I was buying one so it was not ready but I went and talked to Terry for a while till they got one, probably almost an hour. Real nice folks .
