I mostly see the same 6-8 does and a little buck here and there, this guy had a little body mass so I took him. I don't hunt horns really but these aren't to bad for around here.

I've only seen small spikes and button bucks here which is unusual. I normally see at least one good sized buck in the 6-8 point range.

I posted this over on todays gun time but thought I post it here too.

So I had mentioned that this deer had some good body mass to him, well I got some game cam pics that I thought you might like to see.

This is the crowd I normally see around here, they roam the whole place and are always on all my cameras

Now here are a couple pics of the one I shot... look at the difference! I knew he was bigger but when I saw the pics next to the others... WOW

That's a nice feeder. I have a guy hunting hogs on my place this year and that's what he uses for the hogs. The other day he said that he wanted to help me train the deer to come out during the daytime by setting up one of those feeders inside my deer area. I have a hot wire going around a half acre of land to keep the hogs out of that spot, but let the deer eat the corn without having to deal with the hogs. He mixed the corn 50/50 with sweet feed and set the timer for 7 am. So far, nothing has changed, but its only been a couple of days.

Yes, that's a good way to get them out during the day, only put out enough corn so that its eaten by dark, I'll do some at daybreak 3-4 seconds, maybe 2 seconds worth around noon, and depending what the deer are doing another 2-3 seconds worth a couple hours before sunset.
Need to watch it and see what they are doing and change things up as needed. If they are still coming only after dark, then yes just do the early morning one, they will eventually come earlier to beat the other deer to the food.

I have about a month left in the season and we are seeing more deer on camera then ever before. He has shot 107 hogs since the Lockdown, and there is another herd that has shown up on camera last week of about 20 or more hogs. The more hogs that go away, the more deer that we see. I'm more hopeful for next year then I am for this year, but there is still a chance that it will get better this year. Acorns are my other issue. When they sour, like they should after all the rain we've received, the deer should be hitting the corn even more.

I'm kind of backwards from that... all my hogs have disappeared!! And I'm not liking it much, I like the hogs, they make for some nice hams, and chops and sausage and stuff and I can hunt them year round!! They cleared about 60 acres just north of me, changed woods into hayfield, doesn't seem like that would do it but its the only change around here...

Here, just for fun, I got a drone for my birthday, did this little video the other day of the tower and my range (s) 120 yds, and 300 yds. Obviously still a rookie with this drone thing.

I returned my DJI drone when I found out I could not repair it myself. It's an issue with me that I'll never own something that I can not repair myself. PS. Cool video, very clear...

Thanks, I'm kind of the same way as far as fixing my stuff, and sometimes I just don't worry about it. Do you still have your teeth? I know I cannot fix them, but I'm not about to send them back.
