Kind of simple and I know it's been done a thousand times, but I still get excited about building a new attachment for the JD 110 that I picked up earlier this summer. Having the receiver socket will open things up for some more cool attachments in the near future. And yes, it's a blast having a CNC plasma table for making things like this.

how often do you have to replace those grids on your plasma torch table

I'm still on the original set, although I have pulled them out and cleaned them up with an angle grinder and flap disc a time or two. I want to get some plate and make some new slats with peaks instead of just the flat top of the flat stock that the table came with.

Thanks!!! I've been a long time lurker and finally bought the JD 110 earlier this year. Just now getting around to making some goodies for it. You should check out the other post I just added for the ripper shank I built to plug into the receiver.

good job on the receiver ,, how big is the bed and what are you using for a cutter on the table , will be adding a table in my shop soon , looking at several ones now , looking to go with a hypertherm 85

I've got the Langmuir Systems Crossfire Pro. The table has a 33" x 48" cut capacity. It's been a great little machine and I can't reimagine my home shop without it. That said, if I had the budget and the space I'd be pulling the trigger on a Spark Robotics XR-84. That table gives you a 4' x 8' cut capacity but it's a side loading table which in my opinion saves a ton of space in a shop. I've also heard a lot of good reviews about their controls and customer service.
