IR/thermal monoculars ??

Looking to purchase a IR/thermal monocular my price point is $600-$800 bucks.Any decent ones out there in this price range? Thanks for any info ..

Like to just have one for around our property.I thought I read some where FLIR went bankrupt or got bought out by someone and there products went down hill.Don't know if there's any truth to that story..

FLIR no longer services consumer units and are very focused on the .gov stuff but still make very good units. If you can find one a used leupold LTO is a great around the farm mono.

I was talking about the consumer unit, which is still actively selling on Amazon, not the Teledyne subdivision which is very government/DoD focused. Different groups.

@coobie if you have an iPhone, the units that clip in are very well liked by friends who have them for looking at engines, houses, horses (for lameness/sores).
