72F steady rain thunder not too far off,flash flood warning until 10pm.

Short work day afterwards 2 critter food stops,2 little projects done outside finally thron apple tree now removed.

Last evening Mrs. said "we need to talk" she been dropping strong hints about me working 35+ hours week and she had letter from yesterday mail from last week Dr. appointment,doctor saying in short to slow it down there reason why you retire I guess I got caught up in my old work habits realize Mrs. and Dr. aren't harping I just tad stubborn Friday I'll have talk with boss see if he will cut my hours back 15 hours week.

Plans for the evening going to be quite...dinner watch little YT share bowl ice cream.

The weather was all over the place this afternoon. Peg's PCP visit went really well, but.... She went in without me which I expected, a while later the tech(?) asked for me to join the process for which I had hoped. I did not expect Peg to give accurate information regarding the date of fall and urgent care visit/recommendations. I set this appointment up; the technician tells me they do not have any information from the urgent care center, etc. which honestly is total BS. Luckily for me that for once I was time oriented to this particular "event." I really suspect in their own way that they were trying to screen me for domestic violence. On one level I am happy on another PO'd. On the good: Peg will be seeing an orthopedic doctor soon. She really needs PT.

Good (Thursday) morning from a Wintery Tasmania... the overnight Low was a frosty -3.8C and it didn't go above 0C 'til after 0930. It's fairly calm and just gone a bit overcast. Presently 11C.

... and I'm back from a surprise 'Whatsap' call so now the early arvo...

There's not much on for today other than keeping warm.
