Check how big the file is.
Pics that look similar to you could be 4x size difference or more depending on compressibility.

I post a lot of pics on this site, and I downsize every one of them before posting. A 500 kb file is more than enough, anything larger just slows things down or stops the upload completely. My camera's photos are ~ 18 mb in size, my phone's are at least 2 mb and both are too large to upload without downsizing.

I have taken all my pics with the same phone and I tried to re-post pics that I have recently posted and it will not post them, same message appears.

It's 2.9Mb--Still too large. You are hogging bandwidth from everybody else. When folks talk about picture size, they mean FILE size. Don't crop pictures. You need to reduce the number of pixels. Make the picture 800x600 pixels. In Irfanview, this is Resize-Resample.

What does my pics have to do with anyone else?

Cropping is a very effective file size reducer, if you only need part of the pic.
@op others scrolling through the forum will download your pictures automatically; if they're very high definition/resolution then the file size is large and it takes more bandwidth. Ideally the forum software will just download a basic version unless the user taps the pic to see a larger size, but I'm not sure if that's set up here.

Every person who reads a thread with your pic in it has to download the pic to their computer. It happens automatically via web protocols but it's still downloaded so their screens can display it. The people who have poor bandwidth will have a wait.

^This! When I click on a post and it takes a long time to load I just go on to another post. I don't have the time or inclination to wait for someone's pic to download. As I stated before, it is not necessary to upload huge files for people who will be looking at them on a phone or computer screen. That huge file is just a resource hog. There are any number of apps to downsize photos depending on which phone you use. For instance, here's what works on my Samsung:
