Anyone know if there's an aftermarket radiator for a Branson 4520-C that doesn't cost $700 ?? I took it in for a cleaning while they're repairing the head and they told me it has a hairline crack on the plastic top. In my experience JBWeld fixes everything I've used it on, including hard to reach copper water pipes in my house and no leaks, but the guy told me that the radiator plastic expands due to heat & pressure so JBWeld wouldn't work.

Part # EA00003972

Some years ago, I bought an OEM radiator for my 3520 from Dave's Tractor, it was $390+tax+ship.
No idea if they've about doubled since then, but I'd try calling around.

Radiators between the 3520 and 4520 should be identical one would think?

Depending upon how much gold your dealer and Branson may think is in that radiator a "custom" one may be a better deal;

Thanks. I contacted a few sellers on eBay and they've all replied not having the size needed and the one that did have the correct core size had the water outlets a lot bigger than needed so we then get into having to have someone local cut and weld new ones to modify it, and being aluminum, that just increases the price exponentially to where it's just faster to buy the expensive OEM radiator.

I sent them a message requesting a quote. Thanks.

UPDATE: JBWeld worked great.
