Arthur Douglas

Too stupid to recall the character name from Green Acres (which turned out to be taken, too, so not as clever as I would like to think), "Arthur" (rather than "Oliver") Douglas is a retiring attorney (originally from NY area) looking at 15 years of deferred maintenance on his property. Hence, my recent tractor purchase....)
