    Best accessories for utv

I installed a back-up lamp, intermittent wiper circuit board, switch for radio that bypasses the ignition switch, mud flaps, as well as the usual three mirrors, led work lights (front and rear).

    1100c muffler bolt mod

I found mine fairly tight as well. I use anti-seize and so far haven’t had a problem.

    RTV - X1100C

You will love the Boss Plow - I've been using the VXT for 8 years now - fantastic design and function. I love the worksite tires and they give plenty of traction in most situations. I do put a set of chains on the rear tires when the road gets icy. I have been using basic H-style chains with...

    RTV X900 Plow

I had a Boss v-plow on my X900 but did replace the factory front suspension with HD springs.

    RTV X900 Plow

I have the Boss V-Plow on my X1100C and had one on my X900 prior to this. The hydraulics are responsive, lift height is wonderful and it is a breeze to put on and take off between storms - less than a minute to put on and take off! The front portion of the frame comes off easily in the spring...

    RTV - X1100C

On my 2022 X1100C there were wiring harnesses built in. Just need switches and the LED lamps. The wiring harness for the radio is there as well - a switched wire (red) and a white/green wire that is "hot" all the time. I plow two significant dirt road hills of over a mile with a Boss V-Plow...

    Rtv x1100c lighting

I installed LED (two front and one rear) and then using the backup beeper wiring harness and hardware I installed a LED backup light. Works really well! Plenty of light for plowing at night.

    RTV 900 equipments and accessories

I live in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire - we get an average of 75 inches per year - most storms are 4-10 inches. I have a Boss V-Plow. It is terrific.

    RTV 900 equipments and accessories

I had a X900 for 7 years and 11,000 miles before getting a new X1100C this past December. I purchased a glass widow and metal roof for the 900 and I highly recommend going with a glass windshield with wiper if you are going to plow. Scrapping ice off a plastic windshield scratches it terribly...

May pull the trigger tomorrow on a new RTV 900

I am on dirt roads, so once we have an ice storm I put them on for the rest of the winter. Two years ago I never had to put them on! The traction is really remarkable.

May pull the trigger tomorrow on a new RTV 900

I encourage you to get a plow. I plow over a mile of hilly dirt roads to my home and although I have a F350 with a 9' plow, my go-to plow is my X1100c with a 6.6' Boss V-plow. I plowed with my X900 for 7 years and loved it so much (11,000 miles) I sold it to purchase the X1100C that has heat...

Upgrading From the Dewalt 18V Platform

I purchased the adapter (aftermarket from E-Bay) and it works really well - doesn't change the geometry much and now I run my 18v tools with my 20v Li ion batteries. The tools work really well on the 20v and I've had the adapter for over a year and plenty of use. Certainly beat purchasing new...

Kubota RTV Cabin Blower not Working

I am not familiar with the early models, but my guess is that the heater may be an aftermarket unit? Check to see if there is power at the switch (assuming you checked the fuse). Good luck.

    RTV 1100c Hand Throttle Question

I added the adjustable hand throttle on my X900 after I tried plowing up some steep inclines on my 1.5 mile driveway. I know that the owner's manual says to not drive with it on, but with other equipment the hand throttle allows you to keep the engine rpm's up for just that purpose. It made a...

    RTV1100 solutions?

On my X900, and now my X1100C, I built a bulkhead and side extensions that work really well. If I hauled a lot of loose materials frequently I would add a firm rubber flap to the top of the bulkhead extension that seals off the gap between the bottom of the rear window and the bulkhead.
