Does anyone know where the fuse is? I lost power and think its just a fuse.

I recently had a plow installed on my RTV. I am trying to remove the plow and one of the hydraulic quick connects is stuck. I can not get the female sleave to push back to remove the hose. The other connections came off fairly easy. Is there any tricks to this? Any suggestions would help...
