Treadal pedal was not coming back to neutral position and was creeping forward or reverse. Adjusted bracket under steering column, creeping stopped but very slow in reverse. I did remove boot on spring mechanism and added more tension, is this reason for slower reverse?

That is correct, saw plastic gasket piece broken, removed top half of injector only. What is concern of removing only top?

I would pressure test system to see pressures

With this said, the slight leak I saw is not coming from here? Should I remove bottom section of injector and replace copper crush washer?

Took apart injector as I saw a slight leak. Need gasket that goes between the halves of injector. Looks to be plastic. Not shown in parts breakdown. Included photos of injector with gasket on and off injector.
