To adjust it you loosen the jam nut and and tighten the Allen screw to raise the pressure and loosen the screw to lower the pressure than tighten the jam nut again
Looked in the service manual today here's the layout of the valve and the functions
And if you're not reading the pressure directly at the attachment here's where you can read them on the pump

Tacked and welded two passes then ground the root and welded one pass to bring it flush
Root bent, can see crack developing in area of start, rest of weld looks good
No cracks at all in welded area but can see base metal actually...
