I have a like tractor under the bobcat label. On the firewall-on left side there are a set of relays. From vibration alone, the wiring can become dislodged from the relays slightly. These glow plug relays are a common part for failure as well. I keep a spare at all times as they’re relatively...
rScotty, I’m certainly happy with it. I did change the header to RESOLVED. On top of page just above the posts, there are three small dots. You can access what was written and add what you’d like from there.
Resolved…manifold sensors were not plugged in after rebuild. Entirely my own fault. all is well with this tractor now. Thank you all for your input. It’s not always necessary to involve dealer. We can still lean on one another and that is appreciated!
Jd110 and anyone else interested, it was because of those two plugs not being plugged in that I had so many codes. Today I cleared all codes and started it up. It warmed up to temp with no lights on the dash. Once temp was reached, it went to asking for a parked regen. After doing the regen, all...
Thank you for taking interest in this issue. I found, about two hours ago, that neither of the plugs on the bottom of the manifold were plugged back in. One being the manifold temp sensor and the other the manifold pressure sensor. This was my error entirely. Incidentally, those are on the same...
Definitely not a mouse issue…but there’s a chance of damage to wiring simply from moving them to take off the head. I don’t think that’s the issue, but it’s possible. As I said, I ran it long enough to get antifreeze up through the heat system. I didn’t allow it to idle below 1200 rpm until...
If I could delete this, I would. I’m not looking for DIFFERENT answers, just answers. So far, only two, ruff dog who was trying his best to be helpful and you, worried about where this is posted. Do you happen to have any input about the issues?
It has really good everything else, just a bad set of rings. Inside of cab isn’t worn, outside it looks great. The loader bucket hasn’t been used much as there’s still paint in the bucket. When cleaning it, there was a lot of sand. My guess is he used it in a hay field and didn’t know he could...
I’m not looking for DIFFERENT answers, but I am looking for answers. The reason for the new post is to move it from owning/operating to here. Do you have any answers or are you simply off put by me moving the post?
This is a 2106 5055E cab tractor with 12x12 PR transmission with 800+ hours bought at auction that needed a rebuild. I drove this tractor and even loaded it after purchase. I have no previous history for it. When I got it home, it barely had enough compression to crank, but had no lights on the...
It had no power before the rebuild. It has plenty of power and compression now. Except it is derated. Never having a tractor with DPF, I can’t say what exhaust flow is or should be. It sounds right, but that means nothing really as I only have this tractor to judge that from. But again…it did...
It ran great, but had no power. The fuel in it has been replaced with fresh diesel from my tank with a filter. Fresh coolant and new oil. Fluids shouldn’t be my issue as they’ve all been changed. All of the filters have also been changed, even the cab filters. I only ran it long enough to ensure...
No. As I said, it wasn’t asking for anything before the rebuild. I didn’t want to change the parameters unnecessarily as I realize how sensitive sensors can be.
