I have a 2012 KX040-4, is there a conversion kit that i can buy to turn my 4 way into a 6 way blade?

Not noticing any twisting, just after about 15 to 30 minutes, I see hydraulic fluid leaking out and have to retighten the fittings. Just making sure I'm not doing anything wrong.

Is it normal for when using my hydraulic hammer on my mini excavator, for the fitting to vibrate loose? I have a promove 200 hammer. And a Kubota Kx040-4 excavator. Any help would be appreciated.
