I just installed a new Woods BH70-X backhoe on my 790. It works great for removing stumps and stuff. Here are a few pictures.

I put together a ballast box for my 790 by using a carry-all some 2X4's and 4X6 timbers. Then put some big stones on it. Its pretty heavy so it should shift the CG aft. Oh, and it was cheap. See the attached picture.

While starting my 790 this fall (I purchased it new this past summer) I observed an interesting phenomena. Down to about 50 degrees it starts normally with a fair amount of blue/gray smoke closer to 50 while its warming up. When the temperature is below about 50 it still starts easily but it...
