Propane Powered Ice / Snow Melter ???

I think all this summer heat has got me wishing for winter, which brings up the problem: A steep gravel driveway ~ 400 feet long with a sharp turn at the bottom of the driveway. I can scrape the snow off but this leaves me with a thin layer of ice (think of a bob sled run). During the winter...

New (to us) McCormick / IH Model 80 Combine

My son traded one of his corn pickers for a McCormick (International Harvester) Model 80 Combine. Any combine gurus familiar with a Model 80? We have a few months before the beans will be ready so we have some time to go through it and get everything operational. I'll post some pictures tomorrow.

How to determine which hose is leaking on Backhoe?

I have a B21 with 800 hrs on it and it has developed a slow but steady drip coming from the cloth sleeve that contains all of the hoses inside the boom. I thought about pulling the hoses out by trial and error, but surely there has got to be a better way. Thanks Andy B21 TLB / BX2200

I purchased a used B21 several months ago and now have a need to remove the backhoe. I have read the manual and understand how it should come off, but it appears that it has never been off before and everything (including the spring pins) are frozen solid. I have starting soaking all of the...

    New (to me) B21 TLB

I finally made the plunge and purchased a used B21 TLB with 780 hrs for $15,000, so far I am very pleased. Price Check  Price check - L35 TLB with 1700 hrs

Ok, I have sold my skidsteer and I'm getting ready to take the plunge and buy a TLB, either a L35 or B21. Looked at a L35 today with 1700 hrs, started up fine, everything ran well, FEL and BH were fairly tight, had a hose that probably needs replacing on the BH and it had some dings in the...
