Well, you guys have sort of steered me clear of that 65 for now. How about this 150?

    Advice, rain down exhaust

I popped the muffler off and looked around. Seemed mostly dry. Put it back on and cranked the engine a little by hand. Fired it up, it spat a few black flecks out then idled nicely. All appears fine. Warmed it up then got it under cover. Seems like a non issue now.

    Advice, rain down exhaust

I have a deere 950 with a 3 cyl. yanmar diesel. A big storm blew through and caught the tractor outside with the pipe off the exhaust. Not sure how much rain got into the exhaust but a ball jar resting on a log nearby had about 3" of water in it. What should I do?

Thanks for the input, folks. I wish it had a loader is the only thing. What are your thoughts on a Massey ferguson 175 with what looks like a strong loader. $4,000, 6,900 hrs. Perkins diesel, Looks barn kept.

Thanks for the replies. Stella looks very classy there. The 65 I am thinking about doesnt have a FEL. Ad says new brakes, pto seals, axle seals and rear hydro ports. 90% rubber. 1958 model. Asking 3,500. Been for sale about half a year.

Hi, New guy and an ex city guy with little tractor experience at that. I find myself now in a rural place with a good deal of forest land access. I built myself a mill during this covid business and now am looking to do some hobby logging for milling into lumber. I have a nice old Deere 950 with...
