    Kubota 4672 backhoe - will it fit a Mahindra 2615 ???

I had a 4672 on a Kubota B1700. It is a 3 Pt set up but the tractor had a sub frame added to beef up the frame. 3 pt backhoes can be rough on a machine. My 4672 had a PTO driven hydraulic pump and its own hydraulic tank. I really liked this setup because one time away from home I tore a hose on...

Thoughts on a pellet stove for a large shop

Many towns go by National fire code which states No solid fuel burning devices in garages. No wood stoves. Pellet stoves can get tricky because of how they are defined as solid pellet fuel burning device. Does your shop hold vehicles? Is it a garage? I put a pellet stove in my garage legally...

Learning how to drive with a trailer..

I'm sorry I have not had time to read all the replies. I learned to back up trailers with my lawn tractor and a short lawn trailer. If you have a riding mower hook up a cheap trailer while mowing the lawn and you will get to control the trailer a little at a time without cars to worry about...

SIL Selling B2650Cab need a price

I would think if she could not get 28-29k for B2650 cab with loader and rear snow blower, I would not sell it and go in a different direction. 20k to me is a non cab machine.

SIL Selling B2650Cab need a price

Thanks for the info. If my garages were a couple inches taller I would love the cab. I considered her machine before buying my lx2610. The Lx2610 cab is now 37k kubotausa.com.

SIL Selling B2650Cab need a price

I hope I'm in the right spot. My sister in law wants to sell her Kubota B2650 Cab with 200 hours and a rear Snow blower After market name??. The machine is always garaged but she does not use it much since her husband passed away. She had too much trouble with 3 point attachments so she sold or...

Sold my BX moving to LX

Save the money from the swift tach unless you remove loader often. Use the money for a third function for the grapple you want. Having a third function makes the swift tach null anyway. The loader can still be removed very quickly but you need to get off the tractor to do it. Good luck with your...

    Torque Wrench Suggestions

I have turned wrenches in one form or another for over 40 years. I have 3 click type torque wrenches from Snap On that have served me well. I do not drink the snap on cool aid but my 1/4" dr in/lb wrench and my 1/2" dr ft/lb have stayed accurate and in spec for 40 years. The problem was that the...

What current member has been with TBN the longest?

I have not been here the longest by far, or posted the most either But I use to read every post every day when that was possible in the beginning. Bought a couple of signed hats from Muhammed. Bought the loose leaf buyers guide from Muhammed (I think that is what it was called). I check back...

    Predator yay or nay

I have a Predator 212cc 6.5hp on my dump from seat collection system I purchased used 7 years ago. I was concerned so I bought a backup new with a coupon on sale for $56.00 to keep on the shelf. The original looked tired but I use Mobil 1 and check every time I use it. The Predator has...

What tires should you get on a new Tractor, R1, R4, or Turf?

I agree. This comparison is not exactly apples / apples but I went from a Kubota B1700 with R4's NOT loaded to an LX1026 with R14's loaded. For a short time the LX1026 tires were not loaded (3days). In those few days I found the LX1026 to leave more turf damage than the B1700 had with the...

I have owned my last 2 wheel drive pickup

I would be comfortable with any of those tread patterns.

I have owned my last 2 wheel drive pickup

No we could not find a tread pattern that was simaler to say a Nokia Nordman 7. something close to this tread pattern is what i have always had and would swear by. But if the tread just looks like a summer tire I would decline. I went with them originaly due to there use in rally racing on rear...

I have owned my last 2 wheel drive pickup

Nokian does have very different tread pattern for heavier vehicles. A heavier one i looked at for a friend did not look like it would be good in the snow. That was for a heavy van about 5 years ago.
