    Ford 7600 LM

If it has it, and it's not standard equipment, it will have a large, long spring on the LH 3pt lift linkage

    5610S Rims

No reason you can't put those tires on the back. It won't hurt anything, just have to find the rim to install that tire. We once sold a 6710 with 18.4x16.1 turf tires to pull a mower on the hillsides of Laguna Seca raceway. It was wide, low profile and low ground pressure.

NH 1920 Two-speed PTO option: How can I tell if my tractor has this?

I still am not sure about the small erange of no movement you are talking about, but the lever popping out and the grinding makes some sense. The detent spring on the PTO shift rail is not as strong or the gears that engage the PTO are really worn allowing it to slip out. This could also be why...

    John Deere Bullit connectors

Can we assume that you mean a 0.180" diameter bullet rather than a more standard 0.157"? https://www.amazon.com/Grand-General-88106-Single-Bullet/dp/B07GRS2Y6X

Need some help with my old MF40B

Hydraulic oil is sufficient for vf the PS filled through the "bolt" pictured. Fill to edge and check level after running a minute. Trans/hydraulic oil is fine too. The bushing needs to be removed from the housing. If it is rubber, replace it and others at this time. Bleed injectors at large...

    Injection pump install

Great methodology, but if the pump, Bosch, has been taken out, the pump will have to be retimed by the injection shop first.

Farmall 75A Alternator - Need Help

Just coming in on this too. The regulator/brush assembly is on the back and not expensive. My guess is that is the culprit in the original post. May just be bad run of regulators. These are pretty simple alternators and same series/design used in NH TN, T4 tractors

    IH F14

My uncles had one in a barn on the family ranch. I never saw it run, but always wanted to get it from my cousin. He sold the ranch before I could and the tractor disappeared. Glad to see you putting back in service

    Ford 5000 PTO issue

Chances are the PTO clutch is leaking internally. Once the oil heats up, the oil thins and causes the oil pressure to drop and the clutch to slip. Typical culprit is the hub/sealing ring wear. As previous post said a pressure check would be best. Pretty sure that there is a 1/4" plug on...

MF30B - Wonder why it runs

I had to share this picture of a fuel filter I changed today. The filter had a pinhole leaking fuel. This is not a 2 piece filter, but the outside canister came out with the lower cap, while the inner filter stayed on the head. There was a substantial amount of sludge on top of the filter and...

    Rotary Cutter Make and model?

It could be a Titan 1105 or a KingKutter. I see all with a disc stumpjumper blade carrier, but could be an earlier mower. Find a blacksmith shop with a hydraulic press that can straighten your blade carrier OR by a belly pan for KingKutter that matches your hole diameter and spline count...

918h flail mower gear shaft seal replacement

It looks like a tapered collar. If so, you would screw in the bolts that you took out into the threaded holes. Once they are bottomed in the threads, tighten evenly until the pulley pops off of the hub. To remove the hub, wedge a screwdriver into the slot in the hub to open it up and slide off...

Ford 4600 changing fan belt with hydraulic linkage in the way

You should be able to unbolt the pump and move it forward 1/2-3/4" to gain clearance. Also, you can unbolt the 4 bolts on the front pulley and push the square star drive forward to gain clearance

    Need help identifying model

The casting number on the transmission, D9NN, indicates it as a 4600 vintage as the D is 70s, 9 is 79 cast design so its 79 or newer. To check what engine you have, look at the bottom of the block on the RH side. You will see a serial number starting with letter followed by 6 digits. The letter...
