    Any roughstock riders here?

Not doing it anymore but rode bareback horses and heeled back in the 80’s. After being entered in a rodeo with poor trained pickup men and seeing a BB rider ahead of me get hung up pretty bad, I went strictly to team ropin. Figured I’d rather lose a thumb than an entire wrist.

    Ratchet rake for landscaping

The ratchet rake will help to get the weed clumps up out of the ground but it’s not going to level the ground. I use mine to scratch around piling up weeds, sticks and brush then use the grapple to move all of that to the burn pile.

Rake grapple able to pull brush out of the ground?

I have a FEL root rake grapple and a rachet rake. The grapple is great for picking up, what I’ve gathered with the racket rake, then drop into the burn pile. The grapple is too frustrating to try and grab small brunch with. The times are spaced so far apart. I usually use a chain saw disc on my...

    Work Pants

I wear the Dickies Carpenter pants daily. To me, they fit better than the Carhart and are about half the price. I’ve recently been wearing some of the TSC branded Ridgecut Ultimate Work pants. So far I’ve been happy with them. They do get just as hot as the Dickies but they seem to dry faster...

Would you buy an LS again?

I’m not certain where the next LS dealer is but I will be researching. In my opinion, it does all boil down to communication. Hindsight is clear now.

Would you buy an LS again?

This thread is hitting home hard with me right now. I just got my XG3037 back from the dealer after 75 days in the shop. It shut down on me one Sunday afternoon and would not crank, nothing on the dash. I finally got it up to where it could be towed and had it delivered to the dealership. After...

    Rake  Landscape Rake Purchase

Talk me out of buying a Landscape Rake. I have an LS XG3037 and several other attachments. I think I want a landscape rake to help in clearing limbs, sticks, root debris from where I am cutting/thinning my wooded area. I already have a RhinoAG grapple and use it in clearing brush and...

    LS XG3037 Newbie

I picked up my new 2017 XG3037 Friday. Needless to say, I'm happy to be a tractor owner again. The last tractor that I owned was a rebuilt Ford 8N back in 1982. I have 4.5 acres in which a little under 2.5 is still thick wooded and a private road to help maintain. I got the XG3037 with a...
