Timing marks 3000 Ford

There is a loader on this one and its kinda hard to get to.

At present is looks like a wide spaced up side down 13 or 18. From the center of crank out numbers would be up right. but from the ground looking in.

Can someone tell me more of what i should be seeing?

This one is hard to get to and i am unsure of what i am seeing.

on the fly wheel there is a stamped 0 10 20 and 30 and lines in between with the lines for 5 15 and 25 being longer you time it on 18

Thanks, that is what i needed to know, something IS out of wack here.

Time to pull the starter, paint the numbers, and twist the dist to see if i can get the numbers anywhere close.

you have a small whole under the tractor on a tin plate to bolts to the front of the bellhousing be low the motor i might be covered by a plate held on with one big headed flat blade screw driver head screw and there will be a line on the plate you line up with the line on the flywheel then you time the dist.

Yes Sir, got that, There is a loader frame on this one and it is hard to get straight on through the hole.

What i see is nothing like i should be seeing.

So its pull his starter, screw driver the flywheel around and mark the numbers to make it easier to see and twist the dist to see if i can get it close.

It runs but not good and i did the points already.
