Use a universal hydraulic /transmission fluid. First thing to check is lift cylinder orings. I can supply parts & manuals.

I've dealt with several customers with the Viet nam loaders. Control valves are a common problem. They are not usually rebuildable. The spools are a repression fit. The hydraulic pump reservoir is the transmission. If it has pump plumbed to a tank, it is the power steering pump.

The TC40 is a ford/NH tractor.They were built by Shibaura. Haven't heard of TC40 massey. The earlier Massey compacts were built by Hinomoto with Toyosha engines. The latter ones were built by Iseki.

Your best source for parts is probably Australia since Iseki has dealers there that probably sold the tractor new.

The TX21XX was an Iseki built machine with a Mitsubishi engine. I rebuild steering boxes & can supply parts but if you can find parts in the UK I'm sure it is cheaper.

No thermostat on a TX1510. It is common for the used tractors from Japan to have cooling issues. They didn't have any excess cooling capacity so if it extra hot or the radiator flow is restricted it can overheat. Let it cool down before shutting the tractor off.

You will probably have tocut & splice the wires.

The tx1510 does not have a thermostat. It should have the neck (# 18) only

It could be the splines on the clutch shaft. Clutches usually give signs before failing.

I think your problem is ring/pinion. I think if you had one wheel on the ground & one jacked up & both jacked up wheels turned without resistance that it wouldn't be in the final drives. I do have used FWD parts.

What size are your rear wheels?

Control valves are usually not rebuildable. There aren't orings , just close tolerances.Any open center valve with the correct flow rate will work. Might take some hose adapters.

You don't need to get the OEM Bulldog valve. A US made valve is probably a lot better. I have two lever or joystick valves for compacts.

The posted parts book is very small print. It looks like there is a serial # break. The TX2160 was sold in the US as a Bolens G174 3 cylinder model. they all used the 27 setup. The 2 cylinder was also sold as a G174/TX1500f

I don't think a sealing product will work on a hole in the block. i had a 6 cylinder ford engine that got a pin hole & sleeved it to fix it. I do have a used block or short block available or possibly could supply a complete engine.

If you cover them for a long period you need to use a white cover. I'd recommend buying some bale sleeves. they can be reused. I store around 250 6x6 bales inside but I also use some sleeves to store extra hay close to where I'm feeding

27 is what is on a 3 cylinder model. 18 is what is used on a 2 cylinder model. I haven't seen a parts book that covers both 2 & 3 cylinder models.

If there is no screen there is a good possibility the pump is shot. I usually supply an external screw on filter in these situations. I may have a used pump or can supply a new one.

This is engine hp. The 24 may be pto hp. I have never seen a fuel gauge on the tank of a S650

Could be over filled or a plugged breather tube.

It is a transmission driven pto. It is operating normally. You need an overrunning clutch.

Best thing to do would be to check the pressure. Put a tee in one of the loader lines & run it to the end of the cylinder stroke & check pressure. Should be around 2000 psi at full throttle.

The I&T shop manual would not be a good one for the D2500. It was an earlier 2 cylinder model. The R2500 has the same engine series which usually I recommend the closest engine series.

The only thing available were parts books. I used to keep all the parts books but it was so hard getting parts from Japan & there were so many models I gave up. Every model tractor had multiple models of tiller. I can supply tines, bearings , & seals.

That's good. A customer had a MT180HD that had the front pump. The drive was like a real thick cable. It had a tendency to rust & break. I replaced it once, but the second time it broke it wasn't available. I had fits trying to find a coupler that would fit in there & hold up.

They are standard size hoses. Hydraulic seal are pretty universal. I had a Japanese loader that needed seals . I was able to find them.

If you don't have a clutch alignment tool, center the dick in the pressure plate. I've done this many times.

We rebuild steering boxes. You probably had a lower bearing go out to start with. What is wrong now is that the ball/nut assembly on the steering shaft has come apart. Depending on the condition of the shaft you may need the whole steering shaft assembly.

If you are getting air in the steering look for a small leak in the hoses. Did you fill the filter housing with oil? Crack the pressure line at the pump. This will keep from any pressure building up.

I've always split the tractor to replace a clutch. There is a lot less to remove than pulling the motor. Put blocks between the engine frame & front axle so it doesn't tip. Block the front & use a floor jack to move the back half,

I wouldn't be to concerned if it only comes on when hot & at idle as long as you weren't trying to work it at idle. If it had low pressure at high RPMs I'd be concerned.

I would say it got cleaned up and the pressure is normal now. I have tractor that runs at 100 psi when reved up. I wouldn't worry about high oil pressure.

I had a SP1740 with a loader. Koyker made a lewder for them. The SP1740 is 4wd. If you get a loader don't get very aggressive with it. The one I had the person I bought it from had just purchased it with a new loader. When he brought it home the 4WD quit. They don't have a very stron 2wd system.

The reason they had a short shaft is that they didn't use a three point hitch. They were attached with a 2 point system. If you are using a 3 point you will need a longer shaft that extends. I can supply adpters & shafts.

It could be the lift cylinder is leaking & when it it gets low enough it lifts.

It has a Mazda PB1000. You probably will need a different carb. The accelerator pump leathers are probably shot & it is common for the tapered chamber to get pitted when not used. I have rebuilt used & new Nikki carbs

Just replacing the seal will not fix the problem. The internal seals are bad. It is not a repairable pump. If you supply the numbers off of the end of the pump, i can probably supply you with a new or used pump.

If it is a Nikki carb, it is for an electric choke. You don't need to connect the wire. You have a manual choke. I probably sold him the carb I was able to find several new ones.

I usually cut the pressure line & braze pipe fittings on the cut ends, Bell adapters work good. You can drill the line side to the size you need. Run the pump side to the IN on the valve & the OUT to the other cut line.

If the lever doesn't move at all, it is probably froze where it goes through the housing. Spray nut loosener on it & tap gently. It should eventually move a little. then keep working it back & forth.

There is a fuel filter in the banjo fitting where the line attaches to the card. Other common carb problem is bad accelerator pump. The S650 is not gravity fed & has a fuel pump. the fuel system is not pressure regulated
