I just run a 1500W heater for 20 min every other month. Previous 3500 Generac lasted 20+ years used several times a year, had a fair AC sine wave and good 60hz. Now, Harbor Freight 3500i much cleaner output and super quiet. Haven't had to use it yet except load exercise.

I do this when necessary to move the tractor a "small" way forward or back. I just stand back making sure I'm not going to run over my foot and bump the HST pedal and the tractor will move 6 to 8 inches at a time. Holding the pedal down will shut off the tractor.
