Got my planting done ..

So far so good. Added front fenders.. just chomping at the bit to get the planter out.

I'm up to 17 hours on mine. But planting season will be here soon!

got the tires loaded and got it dirty.. now just waiting to get the planter out. I want to hook up the sub soiler, but will wait for fall.

I went with R1's on my hx1151, but it is an ag tractor for me.

Why is it that nobody has the HX listed in their parts catalog?

I dont think I did horrible.

I have it on my HX.. it works. I guess. It tracks the tractor. hours, fuel usage. but cant record any maintenance. Cant order filters. just get to look at the same thing that is on the dash. for now I hope.

I'm patiently waiting for April to hook up a sub soiler and soil conditioner.

Well, to update this.. it has ended.. Korean tractor maker Daedong ends two-decade partnership with Deere https://www.kedglobal.com/machinery/newsView/ked202502180004

I decided to get the Kioti HX1151. The price, function, and features seem to meet my needs. As nice as a Kubota might be, the price difference for an M6-111, I couldn't justify it. The M6 seems like the most comparable. a JD 6105e was even equally as expensive. I should get my HX this week.

Put a deposit on the tractor yesterday. Will have it maybe the end of next week.

Man, that tractor is a beast of a tractor.. does anyone have any reviews or experience with the HX1151? Would like some feedback before pulling the trigger.

Any update in how the mt7101 is running for you?

Interesting.. I'm very curious about this Zetor proxima 120 a dealer has. But was leaning hard towards the LS mt7101. The new tym t130 also looked promising. Just seems like legacy tractors are at a premium right now. 4020s and 4440s pull a premium. Would like some creature comfort and a buddy...

Maybe need to clarify. We have a jd 7000 30/6 row planter. And nothing large as far as discs or soil conditioners. Mostly loamy soils. So I would think for the sub 150ish acres plus would be adequate. Future desires would be to get a drill for beans and hay etc.

Looking at new utility tractors in the 100-120hp range. Looking at either an LS MT7101, a kioti hx1151, TYM 115/130 or a Zetor 120. All dealers are an hour or more away so dealer location is trivial unless I want to fork over money for green. Doing field work/row crops, and hay Pros and cons?
