Finally got it all back together , hope it holds up.

Only been trailered 4 times that I know of , when I first purchased it, once to Tazwell and back, and 2 times to the tractor dealer that did the head gasket and timing belt.

My 1845 is I believe a 1995 build with about 3,200 hours on it not sure of the hours as I am not the original owner and the hour gauge might not be accurate. I had the timing belt replaced on it last fall and they also did the head gasket but I don't think either of those would affect this.

I find that the battery saws are not any heavier than the near equivalent gas chainsaws. Depends on the brand I suppose in some cases it might not be true.

Felling trees is very dangerous as so much can happen real quick. Over the years I have had some close calls and have been lucky not to have been hurt. Now at 80 years old I am much more cautious as I am not as quick as I used to be.

Got my Starlink Friday and got it set up. Speed is all over the place from 5 to 189 mps. Shows unobstructed view. What should you use for speed test. Plain speed test or advanced speed test on Starlink .

For my 1845 I put on single wheels instead of the duals that it originally had. I ended up buying the wheels from Power Trac to get the right offset and the wheels were cheaper than I could find anywhere else, even if the offset was not the same elsewhere.

Thanks for the link. I will contact the Surplus center for some information about them. It seems that the 3 ah batteries have had a lot of problems as I am not the only person that has had them go bad

When you checked for obstructions with the Starlink app what did you get for % of obstructions? When I check I get anywhere from 1.32 % to 2.86 % depending on where I test from. Is that higher than what you got, I have several trees showing up in gray area. Thanks
