Neighbor's tree fell on my property, now ???

"we can pull it on over..." A couple of inches of wood will surprise you with its strength. I'd simply make the tree disappear and ask for forgiveness if the neighbor has an issue. I'm lucky, my neighbor usually does cleanup before I do, even if the tree falls on my side. I've said it...

    Bullseye!

Nice shot. :) I had a big hickory fall a few years ago, impaling a corner survey marker. I thought the neighbor moved the pin, nope the tree hammered it into the ground.

    20 inch chainsaw recommendation

I've had Stihl and Huskies, I switched to Echo ~10 years ago and will never go back. I'm currently running 3 Echos, small, medium and x-large. For felling and bucking the big stuff, the 680 pro saw is my go to.

Homes… Your Thoughts… Old or New?

"Not sure what the R value of solid wood is." About R1 for 1 inch of wood. That is why I don't live in a log cabin. We seriously considered a log cabin 30 years ago, we went post and beam wrapped with conventional 2x6 walls for insulation and wiring.

Lifts for UTVs, RTVs, Subcompact Tractors, Lawn Tractors

I use my 4 post Bendpak car lift for everything I own. Cars, trucks, tractors, mowers and UTV. My Bendpak has a narrow and wide setting, mine stays on narrow. If I had a dually I'd need to switch to the wide setting, (15 minutes and 4 bolts is all it takes to swap widths).

New to repair Kioti 3510 front axle knuckles

400 hr. Hydro Oil Change Advice???

My advice - bite the bullet and change the oil and filters. Hydro oil will never get dark unless something catastrophic happens. As previously stated, the additive package has a finite lifespan. I'm sure you could get another 100 hours out of it, but why not follow the Kubota maintenance...

Repair lawn after leash field replacement

With the heavier pipe you will be fine. I used my L3710 to do all the backfilling and grading on my leach field. If I had used the lighter pipe I would have used a much smaller garden tractor and taken days to do the job. The bigger tractor got things done in a few hours.

    Student Loan Debt?

Probably. I've seen some absolutely ridiculous deed restrictions. 1) Owners must be God fearing and 2) No illegal drug use are two examples. A fairly common deed restriction - No single wide mobile homes.

    Student Loan Debt?

Enforcement of deed restrictions is a civil/legal matter. Deed restrictions are not enforced by the town or county, they are not zoning code.

Backhoe Can you help me with questions about Woods BH9000 backhoe frame for Kubota L3710?

The L3710 and L4310 are basically the same tractor. The main difference is a slightly larger engine in the L4310, (2.2l vs 1.9l). You will be fine. The reason I went with the L3710 was for the mid mount pto. I thought some day I'd get a front mounted blower and a belly mower.... 25 years...
