The manual says:
KUBOTA SUPER UDT-2
SAE 80-SAE 90 gear oil
Why specify 2 options? From what I've read it ships with UDT.
Recommendations? I'm looking at buying the AMSOIL SEVERE GEAR® 80W-90 100% Synthetic Gear Lube for it.
I have the Kubota LX 2610 Cab with the B2782B front mounted blower. This is my 2nd winter season with this tractor and snowblower.
We had our first storm of the year today; while cleaning out the driveway, I noticed that I was pushing more snow than throwing it. It was throwing snow but more...
I have a cheap battery powered fuel transfer pump that works but due to the size of the tractor, the hose is not very long and I really have to stretch it reach especially when the fuel is getting low in the canister.
I found this one: VEVOR Diesel Fuel Transfer Pump Kit,10 GPM 12V DC Portable...
I had the tractor in the garage tonight doing some work, started it up to test something (was working on a snowblower electrical issue) and noticed a spray of black on the floor, it appears to be oil. Is that normal? I haven't noticed it under the lean to on the rocks.
I had kept turning it on...
Hi,
I’ve looked through the parts catalog for the tractor but can’t find this part if it even exists. I think that there’s a gasket missing for the 2WD to 4WD lever, I noticed that it’s a pretty large opening to allow hornets through. Is there a gasket for this?
I am able to move piles of dirt around witout a toobar but sometimes find that it's a little difficult to dig in on certain piles. I'm wondering if one would would make that any easier? What about picking up seaweed in a compost pile? I often flip the piles during its lifespan.
I read in the manual for my LX2610 that it's fine to work in 4WD doing loader work, which I have been doing. I watched a video with Tractor Time with Tim and one of the comments was that he should not being doing loader work in 4WD as it's gear on gear drive and its grinding gears when one of...
LX2610. Should I stick with the Kubota brand or use AMSOIL? I typically use their engine oil for the tractor.

I turn the hood latch, the mechanism disengages and I can get my fingers under the bottom of the hood, I then can only life about 1-2" and something stops the hood from opening all the way. I've tried moving it side to side and lifting but something seems to be caught.
Any ideas?
The manual says if between 14 degrees and 77 that I can use SAE 20 10W-30 & 15W-40.
Living in New England, the temperatures are below and above those ranges. I'm an AMSOIL guy and would like to use their oil but am not sure which to go with. Any suggestions? LX2610.
Rear spacers for LX2610 from the dealer are $465, from Bora (steel) it's $195. What's the difference? Width is the same, will I have any warranty issues from Kubota if I used Bora?
Reading the manual, it says to use grease that is marked as extreme pressure (EP). This grease says that but am wondering if this is suitable for the loader and a snowblower?
Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease NLGI #2
I have a LX2610 cab, it has 19.5 rear PTO. Specs say that this needs 20-50. Is this enough or should I look at another model?

I have the 55B24LS for my LX2610. I need to know what kind of battery it is for my charger.
Is it:
Wet Cell, Gel Cell, Enhanced Flooded, Maintenance-Free and Calcium batteries
AGM?
Assuming it's not lithium.
I bought a used tractor, no financing and is paid off. What should I do about Insurance? It's a LX2610 CAB. Kubota insurance, home owners? What's your experience?
I have a 2020 LX2610 Cab, just took it home from the dealer last week. I ran it for about an hour playing with the settings, etc. I noticed the next day some bring green (almost like smushed grass color) drops on the snow. I checked the coolant and the level is at 25%~. Could it be a leak some...
I left the lights on and took the key out, did not realize I had left the switch on. The interior cab light will come on but that's it.
What's the best way to jump/charge the battery? I know that there's a lot of devices out there.
How about this for jumping? Seems nice but you need to keep...
Living in New England, we can get down to -20 in the winter. Is it OK to put a cap full in my 5 gallon diesel winter blend storage can or the deisel tank in the tractor?
STA-BIL Diesel Winter Anti-Gel - Prevents Fuel Gelling Down to -40 Degrees Fahrenheit - Cleans Injectors - Treats 250 Gallons...
I'm looking to get some headphones for hearing protection in the tractor that has BT support and preferably walkie-talkie (non commercial). Any suggestions?
I've been searching for a tractor for several years and saving up. I have been in the 35-40 HP range, cabbed. I local dealer just posted a 2010 John Deere 3520, 2100 hours, factory cab, a/c, heat and bucket for $26,000.
Thoughts?
I'm looking hard at the Kioti CK3510SE Cab and started to look at the Deere 3035, 3038, etc and their lift capacities are much lower.
Is Kioti fudging their specs or is really that much stronger?
I've read through a lot of cab threads and still unsure.
I live in New England, only need 25HP tractor. Looking at Mahindra or Kioti.
I'm going to use it for snow blowing and for bucket work in the summer, field rake, etc.
What I'm going back and forth on is do I need that cab? I can dress...
I've been in the market for tractors for a year or more; researching off and and on. We live on a few acres of land and at some point may move to a larger property. I spent time clearing a good portion of the land by hand and with the help of a neighbor with a tractor. In exchange he got to wood...
I've been researching all brands for a while now and started to settle on a Kioti but then came across some TYM's locally that price was a very suprising. $24k for a cab and 37HP and bucket.
Are these good tractors? I've never heard of them, looks like they are manufactured in S. Korea like...
I've been going back and forth for a long time now and am getting closer to really needing a tractor. We have a few acres of land, mostly flat, _slight gradual elevation_.
Things that I'd like to do:
Front mounted snow blowing
Moving compost / Dirt / Rocks around
Ground rake
Maybe rototilling...
Hi, been researching a lot, speaking with dealers, researching the forums and posting a lot and feel that I'm starting to get closer to a model choice. Was hoping for your help and opinions again.
I went to the local dealer to talk more about the Massey 1735E and the Kioti CK3510SE. I demoed...
Decided to go to the dealer in town that sells both Massey and Koiti while they were closed- they let people take a look when they are closed.
I really like the Massey 1734e with the exception of:
No mid PTO (want front snow blower)
Forward and reverse pedals (treadle I think it's called)
FEL...
Hi,
I've been looking for some time now at tractors. Currently, we own 2 acres of land. We want to move to a location with more land, 8-10. Not all of it would be mowed for lawn. Some would be a field (maybe leased out or just let it grow). The acreage is undecided at this point as it depends...
I'm going back and forth on the two. What are the major differences? From what I can tell is that the B2601 has low mid high gearing and 2025r has low and high?
I've been reading a lot of posts, researching, etc. I'm not particularly loyal to a brand, I am more knowledgeable with Kubota. Cost is the deciding factor here.
Land:
5-8 acres~ half or little more is field which could be hayed by a local farmer however I do have plans for 3/4 of it for...
I rented a kioti cs2510 today as I can't rent the Kubota that I'm interested in. I did some simple work such as moving some rocks, ground work, etc. It seemed like it have a VERY difficult time pushing dirt around. I also had to really mash the reverse to even get any where. I'm not too familiar...
Hi,
I'm looking at buying a BX series. Can you explain what the hours of use is good for other than how many hours it's been ran? Is it like mileage on a car? If I'm buying used and see one for 150 hours, should I be concerned? I plan to use it for mowing, snowblowing and using the loader...
