My tanks is plastic. All the places around me claim 10% bio fuel . Looks like I’m going to get me an account at the coop and get red fuel .

I’m back with the damn intermittent starting issue . Though I had it solved . I just bought all the stuff needed to wire in the extra relay and a different key switch .

Changed my fuel filter few minutes ago . Looks like it has some kind of slime if algae . What is the best fuel treatment to prevent this ?

I just changed Mine a few minutes ago . Had to pull it twice . The o-ring rolled on me and had a kink in it . Went back with the old for now .

Well I thought I had my water pump fixed . Turns out my new water pump wasn’t any good . Where the 2 pieces water pump bolts together had a bad gasket . Couldn’t tell until after I tore it apart for the second time . Called my dealer and they got me a oem water pump instead of an aftermarket...

I think I have my issues resolved . I found some kind of control module that was in bad shape . I fixed 3 wires that had bare spots I also pulled all of my relays and polished up the contact points . Sprayed them with contact cleaned and sprayed with 2-26 . Pic of the module .

I would of bought bigger one with a grapple. I have a 40hp 4x4 . Should of went at least 50 .

I had all kinds of problem with my TC-40. Did relays , cables, battery checked all the switches key switch . Mine was a combination of things . What finally fixed my issue was a new starter . And a new battery. Oh yeah o had to fix my glow plug relay . It wasn’t installed . Someone had removed it .

I don’t know what they use . I use the house brand oil from Tractor supply . It meets all the oil standards as the rest of the oils .

Doing some trouble shooting , need a hand with a switch . How should I jump this switch ?

I’m wrong I got my timer on eBay and the relay from the dealer . Timer was about 65 bucks . I just did quick eBay search and found this one .

Mine Is under the panels on the left side of the tractor . Here is the picture I used to work on mine . My timer was missing replaced it and bought a relay and just replaced them . Think between the two I spent about 30 bucks . The one outlines in red is the timer
