    We had air at one faucet, the one in the kitchen and I finally found where it was leaking in the very back of the cabnet after the water was turned off it would leak down and draw air in the faucet so when we turned the water on we would get a burst of air.     True the curl is going to have the most force but what I do is plan ahead and leave the stump about 3 or 4 feet high that gives you a lot more leverage to break the stump over, sometimes that's all it takes.

    you nailed it that is exactly what happened, I replaced the missing hub, springs and tires had to repair the wiring also. Look closely and you can see that the metal got so hot it melted the wire going to the tail light.
