What rScotty said works for me too......have been doing it for years keeping sun and snow off my Kubotas and Case.....it ain't perfect but is much better than nothing. Of late I built a 12 x 24 ShelterLogic unit that is still serving me well for the past 5 years. I do include some rodent bait...

Are calcium filled tires a horror show?

There are many die-hard loaded tire fans on TBN. Maybe the daily functions on those users is helped by loaded tires. In my short 12 years of CUT home ownership, I've found that ballast has provided sufficient traction.....summer chores and winter (chains). I do have cast wheel weights on...

Income Taxes: Turbo Tax - H&R Block - File Your Own?

Why do us old folks (over 80), who only make a little money (less than $40,000) have to pay / file taxes? Seems like to me that we should not have to bother with it after all these years of ...Working....Military Service..... and....paying taxes. Boy,......is that a stupid question...

Is Power Service Diesel Kleen that good?

I'm confused......by the chart in as much as the numbers apply to just certain formulations by any one manufacturer... e.g. Power Service make the silver bottle (Diesel Clean + cetane boost).....but it has no anti-gel properties.....It is for above 32 deg F Their white bottle has cetane...

Is Power Service Diesel Kleen that good?

The OP asked about PS Diesel Clean.......As I read the label and have heard from other such discussions, Diesel Clean is best used to prevent fungus growth in the diesel fuel, as well as increasing the cetane level.... but not to be used at winter temps.....just plain PS is good for winter and...

It's my understanding that one needs to spray the "worm" before it creates a mature bag. Otherwise the insecticide will have little effect as the worm is rather secure in the bag. My spray rig is a 55 gallon tank, 4-roller pump on a 3.0 HP gas engine. It will nearly reach to the top (approx...
