    Top Link Connection

    It seems I can't access the third (bottom) hole of the tractor side top link connection, as the pto shaft cover is blocking it. Cover is fixed in place, not movable per manual. Dealer set it at top hole. I am just bush hogging. Which hole do you guys mount the top link to? Manual says bottom...

    Rear Work Lamp Options

    The 8N is finally retired and placed onto the restorative back burner along with the 640 Red Tiger. A brand new 3901 has arrived with loader, hay spears and cutter. Life is good. I passed on getting a factory installed rear work lamp and decided to research options myself. Any ideas? thx

    L3901 Shuttle Shift

    I'm about to pull the trigger on a 3901 over the 2501 and 3301 for 2 reasons - the added HP and Live PTO with the geared, 4WD model. I'm still researching the site for more info. I was wondering it the shuttle shift feature I have been reading about is available on the 3901.

    8N Replacement

    I am looking to retire my Ford 8N from the bush hogging duties of the farm. What model Kubota would be a good step up in power over the 8N. I guess about 30 hp would be good, as the Ford was 20hp in '48 Thx for any help narrowing down the choices. AJ

    I'm about to change out the Trans, Hydro and Diffy oils for the first time in my 640 Ford. Are there any tricks or techniques to use, or is it just straight ahead drain and re-fill? I'm also planning to flush the cooling system. Is it cool to use the Prestone Flush stuff on an Engine this old?
