I abrasive blasted the HST dip stick and put in the red JD dye in the fluid on my L3901. Much easier to see the fluid level now.

Had a couple of big maple trees taken down last year.. Now they're this years firewood.. Unfortunately my 16 year old Husqvarna 365 Special gave up it's compression halfway through the pile :(

Bought a Kubota Z125s-54 last week. Works great and I can get the lawn done in a lot less time that I did with the old riding mower with a 42" deck. Nothing like more Kubota orange in the driveway. :thumbsup:

The wires are going up to some LED lights on the ROPS and the toolbox hangs over the left fender. I bought the lights from Strobes N' More in Westerly RI and the wiring harnesses came from Amazon.. The lights are a combo of spot and flood and are wicked bright...

I did a little customizing on one of Kubotas ballast boxes. I made it a foot taller, modified it so I can use the quick hitch and added a hitch receiver. I filled it with pea stone and figured it weighs around 1000 pounds, give or take a few. Now I have to go and clean up the mess I made in...

I've finally gotten around to hauling some firewood with my L3901 and posting the pics in the Tractors and wood message thread :thumbsup:. This is the 1st of many loads for the next 2 weeks. I borrowed the idea for the modifications of the carryall from another tractor board. Seems to work well...

I've got a L3901 and am considering the purchase of some wheel spacers. What does everyone use/recommend? 1", 1.5", 2", 3"? I'm going to be using it hauling firewood on uneven/hilly ground. Thanks.

That's actually my trailer in the pic on the right... Too funny but anyway I've hauled a lot of firewood with my Polar trailer and haven't had any problems with it.
