Note that all tractors (and all motor vehicles too), share parts and have assemblies engineered by different companies. I have a Minhandra compact, it works, with no problems. But I found the backhoe was engineered by John Deere, and most of the tractor is the same as another brand.

What is the weight of the tractor? A winch needs to be pulling at least twice the tractor weight to get it up a hill or out of mud.

Yes the backhoe can be on with the lift arms attached. -- I take off the leveling arms, but tie up the lift arms and the top pin. one tire has to come off to install the lift arms.

I would just use a logging choker chain and leave the log 6-10 ft behind the tractor. With that gap it will never slide into the tractor.

Not dust. In the backhoe position the seat had to be latched in, or it will drop. On mine I needed a 3 ft prybar to move it up. And it took effort. Its a bad design. After it fell 3 times, I learned to wiggle the seat to insure the latch engages.

You can't see what is stuck, on mine. 2 days old. Worked fine the first day, and a couple of times this morning. Now it will not raise up so I can rotate it back to the operate the tractor.
